Slice, julienne and dice vegetables and fruit with one compact tool. Put the food in the hopper, press the plunger, and the pieces drop straight into the container below.
- Adjustable thickness – turn the regulator to set cuts from 0.5 mm to 8 mm, with no blade swapping.
- Slices, strips, julienne and dice – for potatoes, carrots, cucumber, zucchini, onions, peppers, lemons and limes, and softer fruit such as strawberries.
- Hidden blade – the blade sits under the hopper and you push the food down with the plunger, so your hands stay above it. Always use the plunger, and take care around the blade when cleaning.
- Suction, non-slip base – helps keep it steady on a smooth, flat worktop.
- Food container – catches the cut pieces and keeps the worktop tidy.
- Easy to clean and store – built-in cleaning brush, and it folds up for storage.
